1. Order Cancellations and Eligibility for Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase. Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped are eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

2. Refunds After the 24-Hour Window

Most orders move into processing after 24 hours. Partial refunds of up to 50% may be possible if your order has yet to be shipped but has incurred processing fees. Orders that have already been shipped are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. To assist with your claim, we may request photographic evidence to evaluate the issue. Eligible claims may qualify for a full refund or replacement, depending on availability.

4. Customs and Shipping Insurance

All orders are insured during transit. In the event that your order is held by customs and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame, we will offer a full refund.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any inaccuracies that lead to a return may incur additional shipping fees.

6. Refunds on Bulk Orders

Different refund terms apply for bulk orders. Generally, bulk orders are not eligible for refunds after shipping unless there is a verified quality issue or if the wrong items were delivered.
